Proceso de restauración

La obra a tratar está realizada con la técnica de acrílico sobre tela. El título hace referencia a la localización de una isla muy importante, se trata de Es Vedrà, que fue pintada y aparece fechado en la Revista del Arte en 2015.

Debido a la manera incorrecta de colgar el lienzo, el cuadro calló de la pared donde estaba expuesto, siendo golpeado por una de las esquinas de una de las sillas tradicionales del inmueble.

Este hecho ha provocado la rotura de la tela y de la pintura produciendo un corte más o menos de forma irregular, que abarca una longitud aproximadamente de 5 cm, a su vez debido a la caída la tela se ha deformado en uno de los lados produciendo ondulación de la tela.

Restoration process

The work to be treated is made with an acrylic technique on canvas. The title refers to the location of a very important island, it is Es Vedrà, which was painted and dated in the Revista del Arte in 2015.

Due to the incorrect way of hanging the canvas, the painting fell from the wall where it was exposed, being hit by one of the corners of one of the traditional chairs of the building.

This fact has caused the fabric and the paint to break, producing a cut that is irregular in shape, covering a length of approximately 5 cm. In turn, due to the fall, the fabric has been deformed on one of the sides, producing fabric waviness.
